Cornerstone Home Lending is a unique national home lender seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to drive amazing relationships with Loan Originators and Customers.
Requirements
- 3 plus years of continuous current retail Mortgage Processing experience
- TRID knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, & VA underwriting guidelines
- Experience using LoanSoft LOS
- Salesforce experience and knowledge of working within a database
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Teamwork and customer service
- Self-motivation
- Strong computer and technology-related skills
- Able to work independently and proactively, prioritizing workload and handling multiple tasks
