Job Description
Cornerstone Servicing is looking for an experienced Loss Mitigation Specialist to provide world-class customer care to our customers. This role is responsible for negotiating payment arrangements, managing inbound and outbound calling queues, and continuously improving knowledge and skillset to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage servicing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Collections environment
- Bi-lingual skills a plus
- Experience with Business Purpose Loans or Non-QM Loans preferred
