Financial Reporting Manager-Investment Real Estate

Financial Reporting Manager to assist in the preparation of periodic filings with the SEC, coordination and compilation of monthly and quarterly internal reporting, budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis and technical accounting research.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related subject
• 4-6 years of general accounting or financial reporting experience, including 3+ years in public accounting
• Investment management or real estate industry experience preferred
• Experience with 10-K and 10-Q reporting
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) preferred
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and experience in financial statement preparation
• Experience with Workiva/Webfilings/Wdesk software and knowledge of XBRL desirable
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently as well as maturity and poise to interact with all levels of personnel
• Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Word
• Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines
