Hourly Driver

Conduct proper cargo securement, handle OOG loads, coordinate with dispatchers and warehouse staff, conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and adhere to DOT regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in heavy haul, OOG, or specialized transportation
• Proven experience with cargo securement using chains and binders
• Valid CDL with appropriate endorsements
• Strong understanding of load weight distribution, securement regulations, and safety procedures
• Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and compliance
• Ability to operate various equipment such as flatbeds, step decks, and lowboy trailers
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a logistics team
