Trucking Operation Specialist

Manage full-cycle domestic trucking operations, including FTL and LTL shipments, from load planning through final delivery and settlement. Coordinate with warehouses and customers to ensure accurate freight pickup, delivery scheduling, and dock appointments. Secure and manage carrier capacity, negotiate competitive rates, and monitor service performance to meet operational KPIs.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of hands-on logistics operations experience
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with logistics systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), and basic reporting tools
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in fast-paced environments
