
Job description
The ServiceNow Platform Engineer will be responsible for supporting, operating, and maintaining the CSOD’s ServiceNow instances. This role will involve configuring and customizing core applications, performing day-to-day support, administration, and maintenance of the SNow modules, and delivering solutions and business value through the ServiceNow Platform.
Perform day-to-day support, administration, and maintenance of the SNow modules, troubleshoot and resolve support issues, assist with installation and testing of ServiceNow updates and new releases, and help gather, identify, and document business requirements.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of ServiceNow experience in development, configuration, or maintenance, a strong technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform, and experience with Agile delivery methodology.
