
Job description
The ServiceNow Software Engineer is a key member of Shell’s Agile DevOps team, responsible for the development, configuration, maintenance, and integration of ServiceNow solutions. This role spans the full software development lifecycle, including design, programming, deployment, and decommissioning of software and third-party packages.
Deliver end-to-end software solutions across the full SDLC, including design, development, deployment, and ongoing support. Provide support and continuous improvement for ServiceNow modules, primarily GRC, along with ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, SecOps, LSD, and overall platform capabilities.
Strong software engineering background with 4–7 years of experience in ServiceNow. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, AJAX,.Net, Java, Webservices, Glide Record. Experience with SaaS platforms, COTS software, and ServiceNow scripting.
