Job description
As a ServiceNow Software Engineer at GDIT, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and optimization of our ServiceNow platform. You will work on mission-critical government projects and shape what's next for your engineering career. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering scalable and upgrade-safe solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include platform architecture and design, system maintenance and upgrades, workflow development, integrations, ITOM and ITAM implementation, SPM/PPM expertise, database management, security and compliance, monitoring and risk management, reporting and analytics, and documentation and governance.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can align the platform with business objectives while ensuring system stability, security, and performance. You will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects and shape what's next for your engineering career.
