
Job description
Develops ServiceNow standard workflows and provides ITSM system administration, maintenance, configuration, and customization to ensure previously developed customizations continue to function and stay current with USSTRATCOM's organizational and workflow changes.
Maintains and supports enterprise IT dashboards that integrate information from multiple systems, supports software upgrades, system troubleshooting, and fulfillment of access and applicable change requests.
Requires 5+ years of experience, technical training, certification(s) or degree, and security clearance level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
