
Job description
We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Enterprise implementations to support our DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT service delivery model that provides high-quality, cost-effective services to enable mission success and improve end-user experience across the customer environment.
Provide development support for the implementation of an IT Storefront in ServiceNow, design, develop and test technical solutions, create and manage scripts and workflows/flows, build dashboards based on application data models and external data sources, and address problems of systems integration, compatibility and multiple platforms.
Must be self-motivated with a proven track record in ITSM technologies, able to perform in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base, and have excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.
