ServiceNow Developer / Administrator

Role Overview

This role supports a high-impact federal technology environment focused on enhancing and maintaining a critical ServiceNow platform used to improve operational efficiency, automation, and service delivery.

What You Will Do

Administer, configure, and develop platform capabilities while ensuring stability, performance, and data integrity. Troubleshoot platform issues, resolve incidents, and escalate complex problems.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of ServiceNow administration or development experience
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer
• Understanding of CMDB and ITIL fundamentals
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
• CSA certification or additional ServiceNow certifications (preferred)
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integration concepts (plus)
