Senior ServiceNow Developer

Role Overview

This role is part of a global digital platform team responsible for designing and enhancing enterprise ServiceNow solutions that support critical business operations. The position involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions aligned with best practices.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions including workflows, business rules, scripts, forms, and automation to meet business and technical requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional and technical requirements into scalable platform solutions.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience covering development, configuration, administration, and platform support in enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM) and solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes
• Proven ability to design and implement workflows, integrations, and custom applications using ServiceNow best practices
• Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills in English and Portuguese
