
Job description
The Digital Modernization Sector has an opening for a mid-level ServiceNow Software Engineer to work remotely. This role involves applying software engineering skills to design, develop, test, and troubleshoot software programs for new and enhanced ServiceNow systems. The successful candidate will support DoD customers by applying appropriate principles, standards, processes, and tools throughout the software development life cycle.
Perform full-lifecycle software engineering functions on the ServiceNow platform, including design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of software enhancements. Work independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with a significant impact on operational results and project deliverables.
The successful candidate will be able to adapt to client needs and support the implementation of the ServiceNow roadmap. You will collaborate with a diverse workforce within a matrix environment and be able to communicate effectively by obtaining and synthesizing requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
