Job Description
The Lead Teacher is responsible for creating a positive learning environment for children in their assigned classroom, under the supervision of the Education Coordinator. They will develop and implement creative lesson plans, supervise daily routine activities, and direct teachers and assistants.
Requirements
- CDA (Child Development Associate), Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Early Childhood or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 months paid or volunteer experience in a childcare setting.
- CPR and First Aid Certification (must be obtained within the first 6 months of employment).
