Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation, or related field
- Proven experience in industrial automation projects and advanced manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of industrial controls and controls engineering
- Ability to interpret and create technical documentation
- Experience in project management, SOW development, and process validation
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and design of experiments
- Excellent teamwork, leadership, and communication skills
