Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation, or related field
• Proven experience in industrial automation projects and advanced manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of industrial controls and controls engineering
• Ability to interpret and create technical documentation
• Experience in project management, SOW development, and process validation
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and design of experiments
• Excellent teamwork, leadership, and communication skills
