Requirements

• B.S. Engineering or equivalent technical degree
• 5+ years' experience with Project Management/Leadership in leading internal or external teams execute automation projects
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align automation initiatives with manufacturing objectives
• Self-starter who can satisfy their objectives and timelines with a minimal amount of supervision
• Effective written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization
