Engineering Project Leader

Requirements

• B.S. in a technical field (Engineering or Physical Sciences)
• 5 years' experience with Project Management / Leadership in leading internal or external teams
• 3 years or more of experience leading projects implemented in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams (engineering, technical, operations) in planning and execution of projects, risk management, problem solving, and execution of strategy
• Proven technical aptitude with ability to discern solution approaches by asking the right questions of the team
• Experience leading Automation or Equipment-focused Projects
• Experience leading cost reduction initiatives and ensuring project monitors and meets cost targets
• Experience with Cost Modeling and business case validation
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach toward creating new engineering solutions
• Passion for project management and creative problem solving
• Organized attention to detail, self-starter, and motivated
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project)
