Requirements

• BS or MS in Chemical, Materials, Mechanical, or Ceramic Engineering (or similar)
• Minimum 2 years of engineering work experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• Strong data analysis skills, experience with Excel (pivot table) and Access or similar
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work on an independent basis in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Willingness to be hands-on with equipment and interact with the operations environment
