Requirements
- College degree in labor relations, management, or related majors
- In-depth knowledge of labor environment, local labor related laws and regulations
- In-depth knowledge of organization HR management policies, products, and local commercial organization operations
- Minimum 3~5 year experiences in employment management role in a complex organization
- Experience in foreign invested enterprises
