Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 7-10+ years of supply chain experience, with extensive leadership in integrated planning
• Demonstrated success leading high-impact planning organizations and transformational change programs
• Deep expertise in integrated planning (demand, supply, capacity, inventory) and the full SIOP process
• Advanced proficiency with ERP (e.g., SAP) and APS tools (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP IBP)
• Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational influence
