Corning is seeking a Learning and Development Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for production floor employees. The role partners closely with Operations, Quality, and EHS to ensure training aligns with production needs, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for production floor employees
- Facilitate classroom, hands-on, and on-the-job training (OJT) sessions tailored to production roles
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with supervisors and managers to identify skills gaps and prioritize training initiatives
- Maintain and update training materials, SOPs, job aids, and learning management system (LMS) content
- Monitor and assess training effectiveness through assessments, observations, and feedback loops; continuously improve training content
