Create an exciting learning journey for over 10,000 employees and 500+ leaders. Coordinate training, communicate with participants and team leaders, and lead workshops and training courses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, pedagogy, human resources, or similar
• 5+ years of experience in conducting presence training and working with operational departments
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• Passion for learning and development and drive to increase influence within Picnic
