Job Description
Corning is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to serve as a Maintenance Lead Trainer. This role is responsible for overseeing and delivering training programs for maintenance personnel, ensuring the development of technical skills, and fostering continuous improvement in maintenance practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance technician role required
- Thorough understanding of machine functions and equipment processes
- Proficiency in the use of multi-meters, ohm meters, flow meters, micrometers, and calipers
- Skilled in the use of small hand tools and power tools
