Job Description
The Maintenance Lead is responsible for leading the Maintenance team and maintenance TPM strategy for a large plant area. The role has accountability for ensuring that plant areas and equipment are maintained in an efficient, safe and reliable manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering or related engineering, technology or design field
- Industrial Mechanical and Electrical background, with a minimum of 3 years leadership responsibilities
- Experience of successfully developing, leading and executing reliability centered maintenance processes
- Proven track record of driving results by engaging others
- Previous experience/proficiency with navigating maintenance management systems (i.e. Maximo, SAP)
- Proficiency with utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
