Requirements

• Lead and oversee shift maintenance operations
• Provide clear direction and prioritize tasks for maintenance team members
• Effectively manage personnel, materials, and equipment to maximize uptime, throughput, and maintenance quality
• Ensure all preventive, reactive, and predictive maintenance tasks are completed safely and meet or exceed internal production requirements
• Maintain strict compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards during all maintenance operations
• Foster a positive team culture while driving process discipline and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor and report key maintenance metrics to leadership, ensuring alignment with production performance goals
• Develop staffing strategies, training programs, and tooling requirements to maintain a skilled and prepared workforce
• Build strong collaborative relationships with operators, stakeholders, and management to support operational success
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback and recognition to drive employee growth and engagement
• Lead onboarding and training for hourly maintenance employees to ensure quick integration and operational readiness
