Job Description
Join Corning as a Manager, Strategic Sourcing, Metals to lead global category strategies and drive sustainable cost, risk, and supply assurance outcomes. The role oversees sourcing strategies for selected global metal categories and drives strategic and tactical sourcing outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain, with expertise in global category strategies.
- Proven success in metals or raw materials sourcing, delivering measurable commercial value in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Advanced negotiation and contracting expertise, including experience in volatile and indexed markets.
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Executive-level communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
