Requirements
- BS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial or Mechatronics
- 2+ years of work experience in measurement engineering, process engineering, or related area
- Strong initiative and self-motivated
- Strong project management skills
- Strong soft skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience on Core Tools focus on SPC tooling
- Experience using Minitab, Powe BI, or similar software
- Experience with FMEA, PFMEA or Causal tree analysis applications
- Experience with statistical tools
- Demonstrated excellence engineering fundamentals
- Experience with Measurement Uncertainty Analysis, Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR&R), and/or Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
- Strong English and Spanish written and verbal communication skills
- General computer and networking knowledge
