Mechanical Equipment Leader

Join Corning's Environmental Technologies segment as a Mechanical Equipment Leader to supervise the Mechanical Equipment Engineering team at CET Erwin Plant, ensuring safety and growth of the team, and implementing new manufacturing technologies and equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (mechanical preferred), Master's degree preferred
• 3-5 years' experience in manufacturing, mechanical engineering with leadership or supervisor experience
• Technical competence in mechanical engineering
• Proficient people management and development
• Experience successfully developing and delivering capital equipment projects
• Project leadership, including ability to achieve results through matrix organization or team
