Job Description
Works with other team members to solve difficult technical, engineering related problems, supports continuous improvement activities, new product or process introductions and cost reduction projects.
Requirements
- Plant / Fabrication experience in process or manufacturing
- Good in communications, interpersonal and influencing skills
- High initiative, able to work with a instruction, and able to work in team environment
- Work under bilingual with English / Mandarin
- Problems solving and analytical capabilities (particularly statistical analysis)
- Passive components industry experience in assembly-related processing
- Optical physic background related to optical communication field is a plus
