Process Engineer

Corning is seeking a Process Engineer to drive operational excellence by analyzing, designing, and optimizing processes related to optical system assembly & test. The position will work closely with manufacturing, safety, quality, and supply chain, and report to the Process Engineering Supervisor for A&T/MCR.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in Engineering or Science discipline (Optical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Materials, or related)
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Must be able to effectively work with production groups and development engineering
• Must have strong, data-driven, problem-solving skills
