Requirements
- Associate's Degree; Technical or Vocational training or relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree
- Basic knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience as a Process Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment operation
- Familiarity with quality control principles and practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Physical requirements: Requires prolonged standing, walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree
