Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
• 2+ years quality, engineering, or operations experience within a manufacturing environment
• 2+ years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Data analysis skills to chart and interpret data to make decisions
• Excellent people skills and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse employee group across many levels of management
