Corning is seeking an experienced Production Quality Supervisor to oversee and manage the quality team on the production floor of the plant. The ideal candidate will ensure that all production processes and outputs meet the highest quality standards while adhering to regulatory requirements and company objectives.

• Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to a team of Quality Coordinators and Specialists.
• Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture within the quality team.
• Oversee quality control checks and inspections on the production floor to ensure compliance with established standards.
