Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Physics, Optics, or Opto-mechanics (a background in optics/micro-optics is preferred)
- Experience in laboratory techniques such as light coupling in optical fibers, aligning optical beams, and working with interferometers, profilometers, and confocal microscopes
- Hands-on experience with simulation software (e.g., ZEMAX or similar) and designing/characterizing optical and micro-optical components
- Familiarity with micromechanics (e.g. piezoelectric stages, hexapods, precision positioning systems)
- Programming skills (Python, C#), analytical problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in global teams
- Good command of both English and Polish
