Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience as an electrical or controls technician in an automation or industrial environment.
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent.
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and update electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Solid understanding of electrical principles including power distribution, electrical machinery, and machine safety concepts.
- Working knowledge of relevant electrical and safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E, NEC, UL508A).
- Experience working with industrial power systems up to 480 VAC.
- Comfortable using hand tools, multimeters, and standard electrical test equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document work clearly.
- Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions.
- Experience with lockout/tagout, and industrial safety systems.
