Requirements

• BS in chemical, materials, ceramic or mechanical engineering (MS preferred)
• 2-4 years of relevant hands-on experience in engineering/manufacturing
• Ability to apply knowledge of engineering principles and practices
• Creative and innovative problem-solving approaches, methods, and execution
• Excellent Analytical Skills - Decision-making based on data
• Collaboration across organizational boundaries and integration of solutions
