Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, or Labor Relations
• At least 5-8 years of HR experience (generalist/specialist) or equivalent
• Master's degree in related area and/or HR certifications
• Successful track record of performance in a Plant HR Manager role
• First line supervision/experience
• Work experience supporting multiple business divisions
• PE Greenbelt certification
