Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, or Labor Relations
- At least 5-8 years of HR experience (generalist/specialist) or equivalent
- Master's degree in related area and/or HR certifications
- Successful track record of performance in a Plant HR Manager role
- First line supervision/experience
- Work experience supporting multiple business divisions
- PE Greenbelt certification
