Sr. Staff Engineer Electrical Systems Engineering

Join Corning's Manufacturing, Technology and Engineering division (MTE) as a Sr. Staff Engineer Electrical Systems Engineering. Design and implement electrical power systems for facility expansions, equipment installs, or greenfield facilities. Manage the electrical engineering scope of process improvements, capital expansion, and power reliability projects.

Requirements

• Bachelors' in Electrical Engineering required
• 10+ years of relevant experience in the power field
• Experience designing, building, and analyzing industrial equipment
• Knowledgeable of MV and LV facility electrical power systems, power system control design and analysis
• Experience conducting failure analysis, autopsies, and providing guidance on troubleshooting electrical equipment
• Ability to scope and define projects, develop cost models, and resource plans
• Must be available for significant travel, primarily domestic, to multiple locations to support business needs
