Job Description
Performs technical duties and activities, trains and coaches new engineering personnel, troubleshoots process and equipment issues, and works with teams to improve manufacturing yields.
Requirements
- Associates Degree in technical field or strong Math/Science background and experiences
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Reads blueprints and/or drawings
- Other technician and/or operator roles that lead to a better understanding of the equipment and processes
