Resourcing and Delivery Prevention Manager

The Resourcing and Delivery Prevention Manager will provide leadership across the Home Safety, Engagement, Safeguarding and Partnership functions of Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service, overseeing the delivery of prevention activity across Cornwall and ensuring activity is evidence led, person centred and aligned with legislative requirements, national guidance and CFRS strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Significant experience of leading and managing prevention, safeguarding, or community focused service
• Proven track record of leadership at a senior level, including managing multi-disciplinary teams across multiple locations
• Knowledge of safeguarding legislation, risk reduction and community safety initiatives
• Experience of working collaboratively with partners and stakeholders, including public authorities and voluntary sector organisations
• Relevant management or leadership qualification, or equivalent experience
• Current driving licence and ability to travel across Cornwall and further afield as necessary
