Requirements
- Substantial experience in development, regeneration, construction or property
- Professional qualification (RICS, RIBA, CIOB or equivalent)
- Strong senior-level experience
- Proven experience delivering large, complex development or regeneration programmes
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and partners
- Strong understanding of development processes, planning, commercial frameworks and land issues
- Ability to navigate risk and provide clear, practical advice
- Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
