Implementation Team Lead

Implementation Team Lead will serve as subject matter expert and senior point of contact for team of 25 project managers, providing coaching and guidance to drive execution excellence and exceptional client experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, implementations, or operations
• Strong understanding of implementation lifecycles and client onboarding processes
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive outcomes across teams
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities
