Regulatory Compliance Lead - Australia & Singapore

Corpay Cross-Border is seeking a highly experienced Regulatory Compliance Lead to support and strengthen our regulatory framework across Australia and Singapore. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with ASIC and MAS regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of regulatory compliance experience within cross-border payments, FX/derivatives, fintech or non-bank financial institutions, or banks with international payments exposure
• Deep working knowledge of MAS Payment Services Act, MAS AML/CFT Notices, Securities and Futures Act (SFA), ASIC AFSL regime, Corporations Act, and AML/CTF Act (Australia)
• Demonstrated experience translating regulatory obligations into operational frameworks and engaging with regulators or responding to regulatory reviews
