Job Description
This AI Software Developer role within Internal Automation within Beastro will focus on designing and delivering intelligent agents, workflows, and embedded experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure AI. The position requires integrating AI into real-world operations and member-facing journeys, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
Requirements
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Dataverse, AI Builder, Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, and Teams/Graph connectors.
- Practical experience designing RAG solutions and secure action/connector patterns for agents.
- Proficiency with APIs, eventing, identity, secrets management, and telemetry.
- Scripting/programming skills in Python, C#,/.NET, or TypeScript.
- Strong grasp of testing automation (unit/integration/e2e), CI/CD, environment strategies, and solution packaging.
- Understanding of data governance, DLP, RBAC, and responsible-AI guardrails.
- UIPath experience is a plus.
