Office Manager

The Office Manager is a people-focused leadership role responsible for overseeing an accounting-focused administrative team and ensuring high-quality customer service and accurate daily office operations.

Requirements

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience supervising staff, preferably in an accounting or office operations environment
• Strong accounting knowledge and experience working with A/P, A/R, billing, or other transactional accounting tasks
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of initiative
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; TRUX experience a plus
• Experience in solid waste or recycling preferred
