Job Description
The Plant & Shop Helper supports daily operations primarily in the plant environment, assisting with production, material handling, and general labor tasks, including basic welding as needed. This position requires dependable, safety-focused, and adaptable individuals willing to work in varying weather conditions.
Requirements
- Assist with plant and shop production tasks
- Perform general shop duties
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Move, lift, and stage materials
- Assist with routine maintenance tasks
- Support inventory tracking, restocking, and material preparation
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
