Requirements

• Participation in a highly motivated team in the acquisition and implementation of corporate finance transactions
• Independent research in connection with ongoing and potential M&A and financing projects
• Creation of pitch presentations, industry, balance sheet, and cash flow analyses, company valuations, information memoranda, and electronic and physical data rooms
• Evaluation of Due Diligence Reports
• Preparation of customer meetings and events
• Active support in transaction structuring and the creation and negotiation of contract documents
