Job Description
FRP, a fast-growing insurance brokerage and consulting firm, is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to support Sales, Account Management and Underwriting efforts with clients in the New York City Metro Region. The role focuses on delivering day-to-day service-related activities, ensuring client retention and growth, and maintaining client satisfaction through detailed communication and relationship building. It also involves compliance with company standards and offering benefit solutions.
Requirements
- Manage client life cycles from onboarding to renewal, achieving 94% renewal rate.
- Identify and declare area of focus/subject matter expertise.
- Maintain up-to-date client files and systems.
- Ensure compliance with CSG’s processes and operating standards.
