Job Description
CorpsAfrica is seeking an experienced trainer to lead the CorpsAfrica training program in Ghana, providing logistical and administrative support for trainings and facilitating human-centered design and asset-based community development training.
Requirements
- BA Degree or BSc Degree
- Demonstrated expertise in facilitating hands-on, participatory learning experiences for youth
- Ability to plan ahead and work well with a wide variety of people
- Extremely organised, detail-oriented, punctual, and results-oriented
- Knowledge of Human Centered Design and ABCD would be an asset
- Demonstrated initiative, innovation, adaptability, integrity, and judgment
- A passion for and commitment to youth leadership and community-led development
- Fluency in English and two other Ghanaian languages required.
- Excellent computer skills (email, calendar, and Google Workspace Tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.))
