Job Description
Correlation One is seeking an Education Program Manager to manage the preparation and launch of training programs, handling application setup, client communications, and managing instructional staff hiring processes.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in program management
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Must possess JLPT N2 (N1 preferred) certification or equivalent professional experience
- Experience leading and managing teams, demonstrating autonomy and success
- Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Slack, and Zoom
- Experience with Data analysis, CRM or Salesforce, and other education-related software is a plus
